Cancellation Policy

We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We understand that unexpected events happen—please call us, and we’ll work with you to cancel or reschedule.

Weather Policy

Lake Tahoe weather can change quickly. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, we will reschedule your rental or provide a refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

Fuel Policy

All boat rentals are bareboat rentals, meaning fuel and captains are not included. Each boat is fully fueled before departure and refueled upon return, so you only pay for the fuel you use.
